Governing Documents

The Conditions, Codes, Decrees, and Restrictions document (CC&Rs) provide guidelines for maintaining homeowner property and structures, in order to promote sustainable property values, improve livability, and maintain a visually pleasing and cohesive neighborhood.

Also known as CC&Rs, this document governs the construction, appearance, and alterations of residences, outbuildings, landscaping, and common land areas within the Association boundaries. The document may be supplemented by City codes.

Oregon state law requires landlords to provide a copy of the CC&Rs and to convey any related information issued by the HOA to their tenants.

​

New homeowners should be provided with a copy of the CC&Rs by the title company, at closing.
